Initial Onboarding

The first step for every new client, before any service-specific onboarding begins. Contract, payment, system setup, scope confirmation, kickoff. Once complete, the client routes into the relevant service flows for whatever is in scope.

Designed to be completed in one working day. The work is light. Once Rachel hands the client over to exec, Phases 1-4 should all happen on that same day. Phase 0 runs at the client's pace through sales and payment.

Roles in Initial Onboarding

Three owners, plus the client. Rachel handles sales close, internal briefings, and signs off on scope before it goes to client. Exec owns operational setup, comms cadence, scheduling, and progress chasing. Client signs contract, pays invoice, joins kickoff.

Where this fits in the stack

Initial Onboarding is Tier 1. Service flows are Tier 2. Ongoing management is Tier 3. Every client runs through this workflow first regardless of what they bought. Once complete, they route into the service-specific flows for whatever is in scope.
