Client Setup
The first step for every new client. Contract, invoice, internal system setup, client onboarding, then handover to the delivery team. Nothing else starts until this is done. The final phase routes into whichever service workflows the scope includes.

Client onboarding
Client tracking setup
Decides how a client's site should be tracked, sets it up, and verifies it with evidence before anything goes live. Works out whether the platform already tracks (Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce) or whether we build the tracking ourselves — using both double-counts every event. Records the client's tracking IDs.
Do this first. The channel workflows depend on it.

Design
Design & Branding
Establishes the brand before any creative is made. Immersion, Brand Foundation approved by the client, direction, one proof asset, then the component system. Style Guide route if they have no usable brand, Brand Translation if their guidelines do not cover social and ads.
Design cannot start until the Foundation is approved, and no system is built until one asset passes.
